Waited for over 2 hours for food to be delivered well past supposed delivery time. Pasta meal was lovely but cold, other meal was not the one we ordered and cold, chips were nice but cold and garlic bread undercooked and yes you guessed it cold.

Waited for over 2 hours for delivery. Delivery didn’t happen. Received email saying how did you enjoy your meal. Tried ringing but kept going to voicemail. Disappointing.

We order weekly. Meals are normally excellent. However tonight was an exception. Waited 2 hours for food and when it arrived was freezing cold. Very disappointing from a restaurant that is normally very good. I’ve have given a 3 star rating as normally very good and 5 star but tonight was poor

Very disappointed parmo was very thin, not enough sauce and chicken was so thin the breadcrumbs around it were thicker, never had a bad meal from here but tonight has put me off ordering again.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza, chips and a garlic sauce. It looked and tasted amazing. Portion size was great value for money. It was delivered before the scheduled time and it was also pipping hot. Great all round service

Superb pasta, lovely salad and tomato garlic bread to die for. Don’t stick to the usual takeaways in Hartlepool! This place provides real food. Delicious!

I would just like to give my honest review, I ordered for collection at 7:45 and I got to the shop at 8:10pm to be told 10 minutes, i re-entered the shop at 8:25 to be told a couple of minutes with the chips and sauces and 1 pizza all bagged up but the parmo and garlic bread was not there so the woman put the pizza back which was just left cause was cold, I then left the shop at 9:05 with chips and sauces still in the bag, I was waiting 55 minutes since arriving which is appalling. Garlic mushrooms- lovely Meat feast pizza (which came out at the same time my chips) this pizza was cold and hard 3/10 Cheesy garlic bread - was warm could have been done a little longer as was chewy off the dough 5/10 Pollo parmo- chicken and breadcrumbs absolutely perfect but hardly any cheese or bechamel if they was more cheese and bechamel would be a solid 9 but 6.5/10 Chips- inedible cold and hard I ordered a chilli sauce this was just chilli’s in oil With my waiting the length of time I did and £30+ worth of food I find it shocking to be served this. It may have been an off day but it’s unacceptable

Review won't let you leave 3.5 stars so gave 4 as not to discourage new businesses starting up. Food was pretty nice, pizza I ordered arrived warm but had olives when it was not specified that this pizza had olives a a topping, not the end of the world but they aren't really something I like. Carbonara was mid at best, disappointed at this as this is one of my favourites dishes and have cooked multiple far better at home.
