pizzas were far to thin and were very bland,there was hardly no tomatoe base on the pizza and very little pepperoni on both pizzas,its a shame because there usually the best pizzas in town.

Waited for over 2 hours for food to be delivered well past supposed delivery time. Pasta meal was lovely but cold, other meal was not the one we ordered and cold, chips were nice but cold and garlic bread undercooked and yes you guessed it cold.

Waited for over 2 hours for delivery. Delivery didn’t happen. Received email saying how did you enjoy your meal. Tried ringing but kept going to voicemail. Disappointing.

We order weekly. Meals are normally excellent. However tonight was an exception. Waited 2 hours for food and when it arrived was freezing cold. Very disappointing from a restaurant that is normally very good. I’ve have given a 3 star rating as normally very good and 5 star but tonight was poor

Very disappointed parmo was very thin, not enough sauce and chicken was so thin the breadcrumbs around it were thicker, never had a bad meal from here but tonight has put me off ordering again.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza, chips and a garlic sauce. It looked and tasted amazing. Portion size was great value for money. It was delivered before the scheduled time and it was also pipping hot. Great all round service

Superb pasta, lovely salad and tomato garlic bread to die for. Don’t stick to the usual takeaways in Hartlepool! This place provides real food. Delicious!
